I enjoyed the orthopedic pillow options and fluffy pillows. zeba from guest relations was very helpful, promptly providing drinks. the swimming pool was clean, ideal for sunbathing. breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of choices. It made my mornings so much better!

the tv remote wasn't working properly! it took a while to get it sorted.

i booked a beautiful king room with a pool view it was supposed to include complimentary beers at check-in i was only given the choice between a smoking room or a twin room facing the street the four promised drinks were never mentioned i couldn't use them breakfast was served in a buffet hall that felt mad really like a canteen
