ample signage polite staff slow process bad plumbing
The architecture looked luxurious. The hotel also offered ample signage! all areas looked well kept. the staff seemed polite. the laundry service was quick. i had an urgent request accommodated on the day i checked out! parag did a really good job.
The check in and check out processes felt very slow. helping with bags also seemed slow. So was organizing cars to the airport. the shower lacked hot water. the plumbing seemed really bad. i had to access everything by smart phone. it might exclude elderly guests not keen on using smart phones to do everything.
